I remember when czapek came out with the osmium dial thinking that was beautiful, I had forgotten this one two (or 3) years before!

Yes, I think UN was the first to use Osmium for the dial.

Forgive my ignorance, what is the pusher at 9 for? I don’t see any complications on the dial that would require anything but time setting.

the mainspring axis, hands axis and balance wheel axis are not in line. However, the overall unsymetrical look is coherent. It is a top tier piece in any colection!

Probably due to the construction / conception of the movement...
