Almost ten years have passed since its unveiling! Unbelievable... As for the dial, it is hand painted ( I din't think it is enamel ), and mother of pearl. I find it fascinating. Enjoy, Denes, Enjoy! Best, Nicolas

Thank you all for the kind responses. I understand that this watch is not everyones cup of tea, so to speak, but I like large, hefty timepieces. I am really amazed how a large watch like this can be so graceful and elegant in design. Denes
