TimeOut

You are always welcome!

Helsinki is a smallish European city. Lapland is the area north of the Polar Circle so there is very little in common with these two places. Lapland (in the Finnish side) is much larger that i.e. Belgium but with something like 20,000 inhabitants. The land is full of lakes, rivers, forests and fells. Summer mean 24h per day sunshine while winters are very dark with just blue light and total darkness in the nights. Luckily, Aurora Borealis is often giving a magic light for the night.
For me Lapland is a dream land.

Best, Kari
