Love to see the classic water rower, and those dumbbells are nice! I spend quite a bit of time on my fan-driven rower in the early AM, and completed a marathon session of 42,195m earlier in the year - highly recommend it if you're interested in an uncomfo... 

42,195 M in a single session. Good grief, that is unbelievable!

A family member was completing a marathon at Niagara Falls that day and I wanted to go through a similarly difficult test in solidarity with her. It was quite the experience to say the least!

My chosen torture device is a versa climber.

I had to stop for a break around the 2hr mark because I did not think of the salt/fluids being lost and was feeling the effects significantly. After a hasty retreat to my kitchen to fill a shaker-cup with some powdered electrolytes I was back at it. The v... 

I’ll happily take the 42,195m on other modes, and have done many times this year thankfully, but in a boat or on a machine I am not so sure.

Hopefully you can maintain this counter balance through the end of the year and the extended holiday period.
