What's your favorite Holiday cake?

Hello, hope all of you are having a joyous Holiday season! It has been a festive week at my work, times where most of us gained a few more pounds . We typically get baskets of Mrs. Beasley cupcakes/brownies/cookies that I've committed to not having any this year (it takes a year to get rid of the pounds you gained in a day ). However, this afternoon, I had this hand delivered to my office. After having a polite small bites and calling the rest of the staffs to share this cake, right now I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the people in my office so I can have the rest of the cake to myself, LOL.

ZINGERMAN'S Gingerbread Coffee Cake....

Oh NO!!!!, the ONLY remaining crumbs my colleagues left me, since I was too busy posting ... :-(

The Gingerbread Coffee Cake is really delicious, extremely moist. It has a nice candied ginger crunch in it. The best part is the warm taste lingering in your mouth after you've savored the last bites.

The delicious red velvet cupcakes came instantly to mind. Some other favorites include Danish pastries from Solvang, California. There's also a sort of German raisin fruitcake I'm fond of from time to time...
