Stephen you should also check out on the Platinum brand of pens- they're Japanese made and you could be lucky to commission them to make a pure platinum pen for you.
Platinum has made a platinum pen I believe
They have a series of pens in precious metals, sterling silver, gold, or platinum, including an interesting one in hand-hammered sterling silver. They are rarely seen outside of Japan though, so BluNotte you are located in the best possible place. - SJX
