Just kidding. It’s a multiple-carburetor synchronization tool. Mine looks like this: I’ve had many multi-carb cars including Volvo’s and Lotuses. Thus I have several of these (they come with the cars). No use on a 2CV though ... 😕 ...

Very simple. Immersion heater, water pump and control electronics +/- 1/10th degree Put in bucket with warm water, set and plug in. You learn the right temps and they are all over the web too Steaks, pork chops, things less than 2-3 inches thick are best....
