Hello Ogygia, My knowledge on vintage cameras like your Leica. Can you fill me in on the aspects of this M4? And why is it 'Military'? Does it have a NSN number of something? -MW

it was limited to 460 pcs. in military version, and totally 505 pcs including civilian version which doesn't have the military serial no. and contract no. It was produced by Ernst Leitz Canada (Leica Canada factory)

How often do you shoot with the Leica? When do you prefer film over digital? Or do you use your Canon 5D MarkII more often? -MW

I have still not witched to digital photography myself. Only for snapshots, I use a Leica D-Lux 5 and a V-Lux 20. These are rebranded Panasonics, I know, and paying a lot more just to have the Leica label is silly, I know. However, since a local merchantm...
