Same way, you just stay clear of the crown

If you are thinking about cleaning your strap, you can take it off and "wash" it like other leather.
If you want to clean a bracelet, keep the watch in your palm and just work on the bracelet with a toothbrush rubbed gently on a bar of soap.
The watch head itself doesn't need too much action, just wiping with a damp cloth is often enough (or a cloth dampened with a water with a few drops of shampoo)

If the grime is caked in, then the proper approach is to remove the watch movement and clean things in an ultrasonic cleaner.

Cazalea

Is anyone else a fan of WristClean?

No affiliation at all — just cleaning the Panerai this afternoon with it. ...

This product is for the watch, Nicolas. It works well — comes with a very soft-bristled toothbrush.

That being said, I often just use soap and water, as you suggest, at least for watches on a bracelet.

Yes, it works very well.

How do you guys clean non-WR (30 m or less) watches?

The pam, I guess, is water resistant (100 m?), so soap and water should work well. I ordered a bottle of wristclean for my Rolexes, but obviously it was a bit redundant!
