This product is for the watch, Nicolas. It works well — comes with a very soft-bristled toothbrush.
That being said, I often just use soap and water, as you suggest, at least for watches on a bracelet.
How do you guys clean non-WR (30 m or less) watches?
The pam, I guess, is water resistant (100 m?), so soap and water should work well. I ordered a bottle of wristclean for my Rolexes, but obviously it was a bit redundant!
