Incredible you found the place you were looking for! When we where in Tokyo, it was so hard to find, even given the address the taxi cab drivers didn't know exactly where to go. You are brave for trying chicken sashimi, that's a bit extreme for me so thanks for taking one for the team LOL! I'd definitely eat the chicken liver and hearts.
