My Walk Today Was On Point, Part 2

A Little Library caught my eye!

but my attention was then drawn to the views from the top of Harbor View (was there ever a more appropriate name for a street?)

I saw a sailing vessel out for a cruise. I went out on her once but have forgotten the ship's name.

Steaming along came the USS Chung-Hoon. This is an Arleigh Burke class, Aegis-guided-missile destroyer, named for Rear Admiral Gordon Pai'ea Chung-Hoon, recipient of the Navy Cross and the Silver Star.

This is an Osprey. Named after I don't know what.

Below is another Osprey, named after the bird. Actually it is a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft, identifiable by its twin large prop-rotors on wingtip nacelles, high-mounted wing, rear ramp, and twin-tail configuration.

A busy day in the air! and on the water!

I think I will go over to Point Loma Seafoods to check out their Draft and Bottled Craft Beers.

Finding nothing that excited me, and since it was before noon I didn't really need a beer, I went home to make lunch for Mrs C.

Cheers,

Cazalea
