Icepan..again!

 

Whenever I am near the Harrah's casino I always hit up Icepan for some tasty handmade ice cream.  The seasonal selection was watermelon which sounded great for a hot Las Vegas summer:





I've posted about this place before but I have to say, the Watermelon was amazing!  


I was tempted to get the pistachio as it was really good last couple of times I had it.  The peanut butter sounds good too!




Icepan is a 3 step process.  First pick you flavor, then select the type of milk, and then add a fresh fruit.  




The ice cream chef mixes some fresh chunks of watermelon into a blender:




Next he transfers it to the mixing station, a ice cold metal pan.  He pours the watermelon over the milk and the magic starts:




At the end of the mixing, he adds the fruit.  He scoops it all up into a cup:




YUM!  So gooood!
