Buzio's @ Rio

Since it rained all day we stayed inside the Rio resort and casino located off The Strip on the west side of the I-15.  For dinner we tried Buzio's, a seafood restaurant.  We were seated near the window which has a nice view of Rio's VooDoo Beach:

The pool area was empty, I guess everyone was inside to escape the storm that rolled into Vegas.  The menu:

Buzio's has a open kitchen:

Soft rolls, hard rolls, and a mini baguette:

On the menu was a delicious lemonade...fresh lemon juice with aquahealth bottle water and sweetened with organic agave nectar:

For appetizer we went with a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.

A bowl of the New England Clam Chowder, this was really good!

The Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye with charbroiled shrimp, green beans and glazed carrots.  They cooked it perfectly!

One of the specialties of Buzio's is the fresh fish, we ordered a Miso marinated Chilean Sea Bass.  The fish was very good as were the sauteed mixed mushrooms and sweet potato fries:

The Fish and Chips were good, I didn't expect such a generous portion!
