i remember going thru the worst offroads with my lowered old VW Jetta 2 (but only 900 kg) and an Audi A4 Quattro and never get struck ... untill i took my cousins Suzuki Samurai-Jeep and offcourse having to call the local farmer ... Way to go buddy .. we ...

circumstances I don't drive an SUV, and won't be venturing into any more ditches LOL. I think if Jen would have let me buy the porsche I wanted to get her it would have gotten right through. She says it was not the SUV but driver error. She is most likely...

however i'm very surprised it got stuck what with all the gizmo's it has on it. i've driven a MK1 discovery without any gizmo's across a wet ploughed field, but for that you need a lot of speed and stupidity have you done a day with the landrover experien...

i havent had it for 18 months Andy so you missed out. i swapped it out for my merc and then experienced 3 awful bouts of snow. bloody typical i do have plans to get another 4x4 when i need to change the merc, but that could be a while yet and i'll have mo...  

Get equipped with tires that have to be silent, create no vibrations on the steering and not melt at 240 kms/h with more than 2,5 tons of load Those polivalent tires are like the swiss knife , they can do it all but nothing right. Get decent off road tire... 

I have not done a land rover day yet although I think it would be a ton of fun. Unfortunately over hear in the states most Range Rovers seem to be driven by women that just think they look cool, which is the case for my lady. She has absolutely no intenti... 

i understand what you mean about the bad ass soccer mom although over here its more the 'surrey mum' which refers to women from the home counties around London. you should really try an off road day, i think you'll be surprised how fun it is, addictive fu...
