I don't have any social media accounts other than I joined...
IG towards the end of 2019 after some friends kept saying "you don't know what you are missing..." Now, I can safely say that IG is the most boring thing to look at with people posting the same pictures time and time again. Watch manufacturers are not much better either with repeated postings and cryptic messages.
Does social media cater more to Senses than Sensibilities ?
While in general there are more pros than cons of this overwhelmingly successful platform, its ability to appreciate and respond to complex/higher emotional, behavioral or aesthetic influences is ambiguous at best. I wud recommend watching Netflix series ...
Social media perfectly displays the average intelligence of human beings.
Primitive gets attention while complex barely gets a squint. Personally I don't (press) like (on) anything obtrousive besides my favorite porn star and not even that to a great extend.
I deleted all 'social media' accounts...
...five years ago. I only had them in the first place to have a presence for work stuff. I think I made one FB post and zero on all of the others. When working, LinkedIn is the only one that was actually useful.
+1! In fact, an easier solutions for me was not to create them in the first place...WPS is literally my first social media presence ever, and is (happily) taking up all the time I want to spend "virtually"! ;-)
Never had LinkedIn either, since it's useless for people like me, but with a different job (or an interest in working more!) that could have been my only exception as well ;-) Cheers.

I have zero interest in social media sites and have no interest in any of them. WPS is the only thing that works for me even though I have other passions besides watches. I don't even
own a modern smart phone.. The cartoon shown here pretty much says it all. No thanks.
