I set out early this morning, hoping for a dramatic sunrise over San Diego Bay. What I got instead was low-lying clouds, mist and cool air. Oops. Darn. The famous Hotel del Coronado. Well, I was here and the city was just waking up. I thought about walkin...  

The purple haze image of the guard shack is among my favorite here, and that Frogman statue is very impressive both in its execution, and what it represents.... I heard there was a decent enough chance of rain in SoCal today........
