but from my novice taste, wine does taste better in a large glass than a tiny miniscule restaurant glass. You get to smell the wine more and part of the fun is swirling the wine in the glass. Sometimes you can't even swirl with the tiny restaurant glasses... 

As in if you use one particular shaped decanter as opposed to another decanter? I just use this one my friend gave me long time ago. It's a cheap one but I love the shape and look of it. Cheers, Anthony ...  

as long as there's plenty of space, it should serve it's purpose for aerating the wine. BTW, I have the same decanter made by Riedel. ...

Anyway, the distinctive part is the body meeting the stem, and a rather deep U or V shape.I think it's more a Bordeaux glass, smaller opening to direct wine to middle palate or back tongue, wide body to oxygenate. Very cool picture of domestic bliss. Best... 

I'm gonna try the Vitis Pinot Noir glasses some day to see if I can notice a difference in taste as opposed to drinking out of the Cabernet glasses. Not sure if my palate is good enough to notice any difference. Guess I'll have to see! Cheers, Anthony

I am a believer in Riedel stemware. I have Spiegelau, Schott Zwiesel and assorted standardised tasting glasses but I love the Riedel’s for various wines. I used to be a doubter but many years of blind tastings with friends and family members has convinced...

I have the Vinum Zinfandel/Chianti, Chardonnay/Chablis, and Cuvee Prestige (Champagne). I am trying to figure out a glassware storage solution at my new(ish) house because the Bordeaux, Shiraz, and Burgundy glasses don't fit in my cabinets. Great picture,... 

Your cabinets don't have adjustable shelving I presume? Then maybe try hanging the glasses upside down like at a bar? Cheers, Anthony ...
