Similar sight near my office. The car has moved a bit over the past few years, but always within the same few blocks.
Nothing on the roof, though. That wouldn't last more than a night!
Despairing sight
It could have been anyone that made even one bad decision. The person had enough education to get a license and buy the car, life turned for the worse and now just living in it.
