Charbroiled oysters
Hi Jerry,
Charbroiled oysters... hummmm... I'll look up a recipe for that too. You would think someone in New Orleans would specialize in oyster ice cream... I have a cousin who I should call!
When you go to New Orleans, go to Dragos for your charbroiled oysters... they came up with that yummy craze. Just remember Mardi Gras is in full swing; you don't want to get tangeled in parade routes!
Cheers,
Helen
