The Maquiladora program alone is vast. Not sure how it works with Canada, but perhaps it does via NAFTA.
Mexico has got to be the lowest cost producer in North America.

I’m not sure which industry you’re in, but I haven’t been accustomed to hearing of Mexico as base for factory operations, except for a Mexican company of course. But it makes sense.

And yeah, basically if a process involves low levels of automation, Mexico makes a lot of sense. I am shocked by how high quality the talent here in Monterrey is. Much better around stuff like lean manufacturing!
