the 'tizz/boom' of almost all Bluetooth speakers, try this gem. It's small but, in my opinion as an ex hifi maker, wonderful.

They also do a sub-woofer which enhances it even more.
Good luck!

Hi all, any advice for a Bluetooth speaker mainly for classical music?

Obviously I know that it always will be a compromise but it is for our holiday home. Many thanks for your help! Dirk

though it looks interesting. I meant the FOXL system. It works really well for classical music. The KEF bluetooth are also very good. Personally I find the modesty and stealthy nature of the FOXL appealing. The KEF will play much louder. soundmatters....

I am using sonoc arc bar + pair of era 300 + pair of Sub Gen 3. Sounds great fo movie atmos, rock, hiphop etc, and fun experience of spatial recording.

For a less budget friendly option

you could consider KEF products, such as LS 50 wireless II or other models in their wireless range. I own LS 60 and classical music sounds just great through them.

I second the KEF recommendation and if budget is a consideration...

Yet awesome experience of timbre and soundstage

have you considered streaming hires?

 By: xto : February 29th, 2024-19:32
I made the switch to Qobuz streaming through an Arcam Solo Uno (very small form factor) to B&W 607 S2 speakers and it has made a world of difference to me. Takes me back to before CD's and makes it easy to listen for a long time. I'm sure there are folks ...

Will check, thx
