8th drawer down for my office stash
I know this isn't the third drawer down, but the frequent earthquakes in California have forced me to put a SAFETY-related inventory of heavy items in the bottom row of drawers... How am I going to get my boss to allow me more money to buy another cabinet...

I would assume that your office is kept at 50 to 55 degrees F? ;-)
temperature is about 68F or 20C
For those who were worried, I know it's higher than ideal, but it's very stable as we are on the N side of the building and sitting on hundreds of tons of concrete! Plus, this uncertainty over spoilage gives the boys and me good reasons to pull out a bott...
