To me looks like
The Heuer Regatta that was introduced around 1983 it is powered by the Lemania 1345 movement. Reference is 134.500 if i can remember correctly the variation between the two dial references. (One dial was silver, the other was black)
Your model has a replaced seconds hand, it usually came as a bright orange hand. As well if it is the same reference as I was indicating the screws holding the bezel should be gold plated, possibly replaced at service would be my guess.
The piece looks good, if it was a 1970s Heuer Regatta it would have had Aquastar branding as Heuer worked together with them.

Thanks for info. AD is closed for holidays and I'll have to wait until they reopen to get the pics from the back. He said that nothing has been replaced and that TAG brought it up to specs with servicing. He did say that the second hand was original
