Heuer Regatta
They are a great watch, made by Lemania and had 5 versions, Heuer, Omega, Tissot, Aquastar and Lemania. Heuer made a couple of larger case ceramic coating versions, black and grey as well. The ceramic coating issues seems to fetch higher money but I prefer the original case versions as they are a bit classier. I have Omega, Heuer and Tissot versions. Here is a photo of my Omega and Heuer.Yes they should have a yellow hands on the watches.

Thanks for info. AD is closed for holidays and I'll have to wait until they reopen to get the pics from the back. He said that nothing has been replaced and that TAG brought it up to specs with servicing. He did say that the second hand was original
