Monaco 1979 - 1989 ....

This is a limited edition piece taking us back to the golden era of turbo charged and special edition production cars.

I think this watch captures the feel for that era. The '80s produced some great cars, in a time before regulations and pedestrian safety influenced car design.

In homage to the original, the crown and pusher placement is consistent with Monacos and Caliber 11 watches throughout production. The crown on the left and pushers on the right. Just 169 pieces will be made.

It certainly reminds me of the fabulous designs of this era of the Group B Rally Car, optimism and financial excess !

Red was the defining colour before white took over as the “in” colour. Enjoy !

on the Monaco! Hooray for any Heuer that doesn't say TAG, especially since TAG is no longer the owner of Heuer. I wish LVMH would just call the watches Heuer again. Correct crown position too (caliber 11). Like it as much as the red 80s sports car I had! ...

MR2 T-Bar ...

As far as handing goes, that was when Toyota owned a piece of Lotus who assisted in development. Here's the second one.... Supercharged! ('89) ...

That looks great 👍 [nt]

I always think that you need to actually try a watch on your wrist to make the decision to buy.

NIce version.
