LVMH Watch Week 2023 - TAG Heuer

Jan 15, 2023,13:14 PM

Some snapshots of TAG Heuer pieces presented during the forth edition of the  LVMH Watch Week 2023 at the Capella, Sentosa Island, Singapore.

Frédéric Arnault, CEO of TAG Heuer started the presentation ...

First to be introduced, 40mm Ti Grade 2 Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph. Never fear of low or no battery (and even change of battery) as the electronics developed jointly with La Joux-Perret, Calibre TH50-00, could recharge the watch to last the whole day with a mere 2-minute direct sun exposure. And a cumulative 20 hour under the sun, it could propel the watch for 6 months (with no additional light exposure). To jumpstart the watch from dead-stop, just expose to any light source for 10 seconds.

The Connected series, 3 new - E4 42mm Golf Edition, E4 All-Black Titanium Edition and E4 Sports Edition.

About 30 to 40 % of their current user base actively used the Connected Watch for Golf. This prompted the brand to put in more efforts to refine the Golf features in term of form (refocus of case size, material and even new rubber strap design for improved wrist holding) and functions like the new Full Shot Tracking functionality.

Any thoughts on the new Panda or Monza?

It's good when your billionaire (richest) dad owns all the luxury brands. No hate. Goof for them. 👍

The 39 is intriguing

Honestly i kinda like the forged carbon piece but that case shape at 42 I'm sure wears like 44-45

Got to try it ...

As the lugs design is short and quick-drop, it has high chance to sit nicely. Check it out when it arrives at your location. Kong

My pleasure, mon ami :-)

It was too short a time and got to use phone camera instead DSLR for quick capture.

I still don't understand why so many brands simply can't make or don't have the will to make a correct re-edition or literal copy in the correct size. The 39mm looks way too big and chunky compared to the 36mm. Look how much money is going around, they ca...

marketing input (as mentioned by Nico), I would agree with you sticking to 36mm if I were in my 30s. After 40s, presbyopia set in, and I appreciate any bi-compax and tri-compax to be housed in a slightly bigger case ( 39mm to 41mm maximum). 36mm for time-...

Another terrific report, thanks! Could someone please explain Silver and Noir?

correct answer or the answer you are expecting. Initial when Panda was mentioned, the colour scheme of white and black comes to mind. However the vintage 2447 SN had a silvered dial with black subdials, thus nomenclature. Why English word for silver but a...

the perforated rally straps too. For Montreal, I preferred the cushion-shaped case. Kong
