Been to Kanazawa and I'm a big fan of Urushi lacquer.
But hard to get excited about this watch. As the urushi doesn't necessarily add that much appeal in my eyes judging from the photos. Perhaps it needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated!
Urushi and Seiko always have me thinking of JML 😊
Who wore his on one of the wrists for some 5 years non-stop!
That's a handsome watch and strap.
My only nitpick would be excessive wording on the dial but overall, quite nice. M4
