Grand Seiko SLGW003 Hi-Beat 'Birch Bark', with titanium case, and
Ottobock Genium X-3 transfemoral prosthetic, with titanium and carbon
fiber core. High tech all-around. Sadly, the Grand Seiko is by far the
more reliable of the two.
(And know we know why I'm "Modernahab". ;-D)

Couldn't agree more.
The finishing is a big step up over earlier hi-beat GS calibers and the absence of a rotor lets you see it all.
On the foot: plain old Sebago Docksider.
On the watch: bespoke "Milano gray" alligator strap by Visconti Milano.
Sorry to hear that the Ottobock isn’t as reliable as the GS.
