Time setting instructions. Just for reference.

I needed to set the date.  Borrowed from another in my notes not sure where.

Setting is pretty simple.
Analog functions and digital functions are, for the most part, separate.
Setting the analog part of the watch is just like any other quartz watch: -Unscrew the crown and pull out two stops to stop the second hand at 12:00 -Adjust Hour and minutes -Push in crown to start analog movement
Do not screw in crown yet
To set digital time: -Using lower left button, select the current time display -Pull crown out to first stop -Push lower left button when analog seconds hand next reaches 12:00 to sync digital and analog seconds -Turn crown clockwise to advance digital hours and minutes, counterclockwise to reverse digital hours and minutes until digital time matches analog time -Push crown in -To change from AM/PM time display to 24 hour time display, pull crown out to first stop and then push back in without making any other adjustments.
Do not screw crown in yet
-Using lower left button select the day/date digital display -Pull crown out to first stop -Turn crown clockwise until correct month and date are displayed (e.g. 5 17) -Turn crown counterclockwise until correct day is displayed (e.g. SA) -Push crown in
You can set the alarm and a second time zone in the digital displays by following similar procedures, i.e. select the display you want to adjust, pull the crown out to the first stop, and rotate the crown until the seired setting is obtained.
The alarm is toggled ON/OFF by pulling the crown out to the first position and immediately pushing it back in with no other adjustments.
Screw the crown back in when you have everything set the way you like it.
