I don't one can be wrong for either one. I didn't like the gray index of the RG model but I think I am used to it now. I like the fact that they bother to even change the case when they make a RG model. It shows they care for the detail.

and I think it was important to distinguish the platinum and the rose gold version apart from price wise.

This watch photographs BIG but definitely doesn't wear big . This is because of the white dial and wide angle close up.
