First time I purchase a Grand Seiko, and must say what a finishing: without any doubt better then Rolex,...
Price/quality wise best on the market!
Look at the finishing of the hands, of the white birch dial itself, and of the date window. Far superior to Rolex date window, and let(s not forget that even the mighty 5711 in steel never had a date window until this year.
Congrats on Grand Seiko for such an amazing reference, really impressed!

I couldn’t agree with you more. Amazing finishing, which rivals the best of the haute horologie brands (let alone Rolex). And the movement is ‘next level’ Nice pick up. Enjoy it
I looked at one the other day, for the record it's about 40% more expensive than a Datejust.
I've never seen anyone post about their new Rolex while comparing it to GS within a sentence or two 😌

Bothe Rolex and GS make excellent watches, This model has a High. Beat movement for amazing time consistency. One nice thing for now you can actually get GS watches and they are wonderful timepieces .
