Ah, I get it now…I was confused because the new Laurel has Seiko on the dial, but the original did not.
So, the Laurel is Seiko’s first wrist watch, while the SPB441 came afterwards as the first wristwatch with Seiko written on dial. And of course other design differences you highlight. Thanks for the explanation🙏🏽.
