You can go to a couple sites (Here is one) and type in your numbers (shown here) and it will calculate a date. Since your case has a scale for marking the replacement of the battery, it helps us a little.
The first digit of the serial number indicates the last digit of the year the watch was born. Using the scale on the back which goes roughly from 80-90, we know it should have been in that range of years. Sadly Seiko doesn't clearly indicate the decade.
The second digit of the serial number indicates the month the watch was made. If you find 1 it's January, etc. up to 9 for September, 0 is October, N is November, and D is December.
The last 4 digits of the serial number indicate the production number for the watch.
Your movement is a 7549 and was produced from 1978 - 1988.
I'm afraid that's as close as I can get for you. I could give a name or two if you indicated what part of the world you are in.
