"vintage" is a relative term
Greetings and welcome to the Seiko forum (even if you've been lurking for ages).
From what I can tell, the real success stories of Grand Seiko are kept in production for a long time - like 10-15 years or more.
Some of the GS models I own were introduced in the 1990's - but you can still get virtually the same watch new today with the same look (perhaps updated movement inside).
Since you are in Switzerland, I would advise a newer generation watch - not that you would have any trouble but watches from the last decade or two have parts to fix them available, which is not really the case for the early 60-70's models.
So, assuming you want a mechanical movement and not quartz or Spring Drive, here are a few ideas. These are all 37mm or so and within your budget.
You can buy this SBGW001 watch:

Or this SBGW005 if you prefer bracelet and blued second hand:
Or perhaps a more daring design on the SBGR017 on strap or bracelet?
There are many other choices too. Here's a comparison test that I did a couple years ago. Click "entire thread" to read through it all.
Gaggle of GSsPlease come back and ask more questions if you have specific models in mind. Happy shopping.
