Due to Covid in my homeland: Austria. There’s a wonderful lake in Carinthia (in the south of Austria) called „Wörthersee“ with Mediterranean climate and flair. ☺️

We traditionally went to the sea with the family every year. And after that we enjoyed a few days at an Austrian lake. Now everything is different due to Corona. But I have to say that the recovery value at the lake is much better for me. So it's an inter...

I have waited some time for this 12660 which I had the chance to buy new. So many improvements compared to its predecessor 116660. Best Thomas

„Bombproof“ is an excellent description. It feels like undestructable. It's so convenient if you can do everything with one watch and wear it to anything without having to think.

With a 44 mm case size the Deepsea was often criticized as too large and badly wearable ("Leviathan"). I can't really say that from my own experiences. A have a small wrist and nevertheless the watch is very comfortable to wear. And the problem of top hea... 

could not go over some features that really disturbed me. With the 126660 many details have been improved: • new movement (calibre 3235, 70h power reserve, improved escapement, gear-train and barrel, antimagnetic) • wearability: bracelet 1mm larger, lug w...  

I have learned from a very nice, passionate and knowledgeable moderator with over 233.000 posts that it is all about the details. It‘s just more fun, when you know exactly what you want and what is on your wrist.

the 116509 in WG is really one of the best versions. Wonderful! Many congrats for this piece! Usually I also prefer white metals (SS, WG, PT), but I have to confess that - next to your model - I also like the 116508 in YG with green dial. It has something...  

The green and yellow gold is a really great looking combo, but I like the stealth factor of the white gold. The secondary prices on the S/S Daytona are crazy. Cheers!
