I have the reference since a while on the radar and had lately more time to look into it. It appears that the first production year (at least) 1999 or « A series » featured a more interesting dial with the platinum texture being more rough, which captures...
Ok thanks apparently the early « sparky » dial
was produced 1999-2001, with 2001-2003 with a transition period where both dial variants where used. So from this picture it looks like an early dial, so you would not notice a difference… 😁
yes, for me a clear reason to go with an earlier version
and the printing on the dial is a bit different I was told. More bold…
I am pulling the trigger likely tomorrow…
Especially after i found out about the early dial and in addition it has a bolder printing on the dial which makes it more look « tool watch »
