You did not see anything special in this one at the time? [nt]

A duo of Green Rolex: Submariner 16610LV / Milgauss 116400GV.

When I see this old picture, I feel I shouldn't have let my Green Submariner go... It was a really cool duo! Best, Nicolas ...

Stupid thing... Had to fund other watches, at that time, and had to let some go. Among them, this one. [nt]

I was quite sure Rolex wouldn't make it too many years, I found it very cool, but I had to fund, among others, a certain Seadweller 16660. And I just found one at that time... [nt]

Thanks for sharing two great Rolex classics --- I happen to have both and they are extremely reliable (and good looking!) :-) [nt]

I agree. Had both and sold both. Should have kept the Sub. Stupid.

And the Milgauss, too. Both are very cool. The Green Sub a bit less Un-Rolex than the Milgauss, though. [nt]

I like and own a green Sub Nicolas

It's a little 'flashy' but there's something about the green bezel and larger hands that just work -- makes the dial stand out a bit more.

Depends on the light, I agree that sometimes, it may be a bit flashy. But top cool, too! [nt]

Another theme would be White and Orange my friend
By: reintitan : September 15th, 2018-04:57
For example, take my white-dialed Milgauss and add the current Polar white dial Explorer II.

One problem: I don't have the Explorer II
By: reintitan : September 15th, 2018-05:51
Maybe someday, but it's not even on my shortlist yet. Too many GMT-Masters (6542, gilt 1675, latest 126710, Tudor Black Bay GMT) ahead of it
