I like and own a green Sub Nicolas
It's a little 'flashy' but there's something about the green bezel and larger hands that just work -- makes the dial stand out a bit more.
Another theme would be White and Orange my friend
For example, take my white-dialed Milgauss and add the current Polar white dial Explorer II.
