..... and what a great summer! A good-to-be-alive type of summer. Up in the Swiss mountains for a few weeks, I had just a few watches for the period. Still managed to have a short GTG with Epilogue and GR in Montreux one evening. Hope you like the picture...

.....the bezel has this ability to change colour and atmosphere....I really like it. I am waiting for the new releases next year to see if i get tempted by a modern, but if nothing comes next year, I will visit this GMT....very very nice watch. But i expe... 

The bezel makes me think about the bakelite insert of the 6542, somehow. In terms of depth, this ceramic bezel is just amazing. And I do also appreciate the green writing, too. Yes, I am tempted. Best, Nicolas

...very versatile piece. I will upload some pictures for you as soon as I get back home where I have access to a respectable camera! Or even better, I will let you try it on if we meet someday! + The GMT2c is the first Rolex with green writing on the dial... 

But I think you're right about the specificty of the GMT II C. Will be a pleasure to meet you, one day. Have to go to London, and I hope to be able to do it before the end of this year. If you ever come to Paris... Let me know! Best, Nicolas

What a heavy dose of SD and especially 666 today! Wonderful watches indeed! I also took my 666 on vacation to my native Austria, from mountains and lakes to downtown Vienna: never out of place!

I really struggle, unless it it very obvious, to distinguish any difference between the fonts. Unless of course one is written in RED & the other in WHITE! :) LOL Baron, good to see that you couldn't make a decision on what to take, so you took the ea... 

That dial for tne COMEX is just AWESOME. Is that yours and why don't you wear it? The double reds are great too but I'm just partial to the COMEX. Something about them just rings true with me.

....the double reds are mine as is the 16660 Comex. I do wear the Comex.
