I'm just back from Geneva with my new 6538 OCC ;-)...
Immediatly when i saw this dreamwatch, i fell in love it.
I first spotted it some 5 years ago and it always stayed in the back of my head.
I was so surprised to see it in Geneva because I thought it was in a US collection,
so when Alessandro Cianni of Roma showed it to me, my heart got crazy, i really wanted it badly...
I'm SO gratefull to Alessandro he made it possible for me to have it, again my friend,
thank YOU very very much!!! i'm still in heaven ;-)
It's a 1958 Big Crown 6538 with rare 4 line configuration in stunning condition...
now judge yourself...
Tomorrow i'll make a report of the auction weekend in Geneva where I met a lot of great friends.
Thanks for looking.

Thank you both for those pictures. They have made my afternoon. Such beauty. I think the one thing I will say about Rolex that is unique (possibly only Patek in the same camp) is that despite being 50 years old, the DNA of what is Rolex shows through and ...
