This was my first Rolex purchase.
I got mine a couple months after it’s release. I got mine grey only because I was shopping for something else and the dealer said “ we just got this, plastic is still on it. Guy got it in Italy and decided it was too big for his wrist.” The discount was outstanding.
If I ever have to liquidate my watches, the SD will be my one watch. I love the proportions and the bracelet adjustment is so useful.
I’ve since bought an explorer 1 an explorer 40mm which are fantastic, but my SD and me are in it for the long haul.
