I think I prefer the silver dial. If in top condition with some nicely patinated hands and dots, it is just irresistible.

That is a great example and the year is looking good.
I think it fits right in with your theme even though your current collection pictured above all have turning bezels. But the Milgauss is still a sports model. Best Bill

Thank you for your nice comment! You actually nailed the reason I why I had hesitated to buy a 1019 up until recently: you cannot "do" anything with it! No chrono, no turning bezel - just a "boring" three hand watch without a date! And what a price they c...
The Milgauss has it place for sure
It just takes a little bit of an open mind to see the technical aspects. Just be careful next you will be hind the thunder seconds hand milgauss... Ouch!!! on the pocket book. Bill
