I agree it looks good but it reminds me to be more cautious. Not what I thought I was buying! I have also bought expensive watches from the web and I could have been more careful there too! I am vicious in business but not so smart where watch purchases take over!

It seems to be a classic GMT ceramic yellow gold ref 116718 LN with an aftermarket bezel and hands changed, the original is this one ref 116758 SARU, with diamond on the case. Best Regards Marc ...

I understand your disappointment but if you want to keep this watch who cares?! It has less the diamonds on the lugs and looks therefore still very good.

the ref. for this one is 116748, not 116758...
the former does not feature diamond-set lugs, while the latter does.

the lugs sans diamonds pretty much gave it away? this one does seem to have seen a polish wheel once or twice judging by this pic though.
so to ask
How do you see if it is not a 116718 (classci yellow gold) with bezel and hands changed or a 116748 ?
