Is this a Rolex Pepsi or a mish mash of dealer parts ? I bought it in Dubai and lost papers etc in a house move.
I thought the jeweled GMT MASTER also came with jewels as indices... Not sure. [nt]

It seems to be a classic GMT ceramic yellow gold ref 116718 LN with an aftermarket bezel and hands changed,
the original is this one ref 116758 SARU, with diamond on the case.

I agree it looks good but it reminds me to be more cautious. Not what I thought I was buying! I have also bought expensive watches from the web and I could have been more careful there too! I am vicious in business but not so smart where watch purchases take over!
the ref. for this one is 116748, not 116758...
the former does not feature diamond-set lugs, while the latter does.

How do you see if it is not a 116718 (classci yellow gold) with bezel and hands changed or a 116748 ?
