The dial, the oysterflex bracelet, and the ceramic bezel all act to tone it nicely in my opinion. I once had a different rose gold Daytona, but the bracelet and bezel were also gold, and I found it to be too much. I loved the way it looked, but I never felt comfortable wearing it outside the house.

Were the straps properly fitting to your wrist? I had to get a longer one to fit me. Unfortunately, I had to go to the service centre to buy one...
I have very small wrists, so yes the strap was right for me.
In fact, I had to take the clasp in a notch. I wondered about the issue you bring up for people with larger wrists, though. Could your AD not supply one for you?
Well, unfortunately not
The AD claims that they do not provide the straps and that it is only available at the authorised service centre and, of course at an additional cost. Sigh. I wonder if this is the same in other countries. Perhaps others here may have different/same exper...
