May I ask why you did have the hands remplaced in the first place some years ago? It sort of defies logic unless they were badly damaged? If you did get the back the original hands, why do you feel compelled to go to Rolex and ask them to put them back in...

It might well be a case by case appréciation by Rolex. My experience has Allahs been a good one. Servicing a movement, including possibly replacing part of it that need to be replaced because they are worn or replacing a gasket ought to have nothing to do...
