Rolex big log rivet bracelets.
You hear misused terms quite often when people want to describe special elements of Rolex watches, bracelets included. Sometimes correctly but very often incorrectly.
I want to clarify a term regarding Rolex rivet bracelets and the misuse of the term big logo. Very often you will find people calling a bracelet big logo where they present the buckle as being the big logo confusing the term which actually relates to the blades having big Rolex logo not the buckle. They confuse big logo as protruding from the buckle vs a flush buckle.
So to put the term and its use in the correct light i will let the pictures do the talking. The Rolex big logo bracelet was present in the late 1950's. Most of what i have seem seem to be 1958 and 1959. I think that by 1960 they no longer appear.
On a side note a big logo bracelet sell for double or more than an equivalent Rolex 7206 rivet bracelet.

Rolex big logo bracelet circa 1959

Notice the first three have larger rolex logo on the blades than the forth one.

Rolex big logo circa 1958 1959 vs small i.e. normal size Rolex bracelet logo 1960 far right.
