Why is looking like the left side of the bezel is ceramic and the right side is aluminum?

You're just being confused by lighting and angles.
The 30 is out of focus due to depth of field and looks larger due to the light and the flare. It's all about angles and lighting. Here's a different shot of the watch and the number look bigger on the left than the right. ...
