moving history !
As much as I'm searching for the whereabout of Rolex, I find that it's not as "industrial" as it first seems, but more adapted to demand and production means that were available at the time. I never figure how so many variants of each and every watch parts were made and each modified several time and never definitive ! Amazingly passionate people still as detectives, seek for clues, compare stories and come up with so many details ! Never ending the research, always finding new levels of this incredible craftsmanship.

Found this curiosity in an old box full of stuff from long ago. Is any other alike been seen here before ? I really could not trace any alike yet. Would gladly know if there is any other, and if any, how come it's so different from the usual ones ? ...

I finally found another one !!! in Italy but was used as keychain for 40 + years !
Not as pristine as originally, but still engraved 660 / 200 very readable. It looks like under the steel plate there is a copper color appearing below, on clawed places. Does it looks legit as an original ? Whats your opinion ? Have you seen one alike bef...
